Rules Engine

• Internal project aiming to separate business logic from application logic.
• All business rules will be expressed in xml format in separate file.
• Rules can be changed / added / removed without any new build of the application has to be distributed
• Added clarity as all rules will be in one place and also tools will be provided to see events/rules chains
